Every session is built around rounds, just like a real fight. Your coach guides you through combinations, footwork, and conditioning drills that keep you moving from start to finish. Some rounds focus on power—heavy strikes, maximum force. Others are about speed, precision, and movement.
You'll work the heavy bags, do pad work, and drill technique alongside your classmates. The energy in the room is high, but so is the support. Scaled for all levels—beginners learn the fundamentals, and advanced students get pushed harder.
