Boxing & KickBoxing Conditioning

Kickboxing Conditioning at UFC GYM is one of the best full-body workouts you'll find anywhere. Forget the treadmill—this class burns calories, builds strength, and teaches you real striking technique all at the same time.

Each session is structured around seven 3-minute rounds. You'll work through punches, kicks, knee strikes, and elbow strikes, guided by your coach through alternating speed and power rounds. It's designed to keep your body working the entire time, so you won't have a dull moment.

It's you versus the bag. Your coach leads the class through a structured, professional format built around real kickboxing technique. Every round has a purpose - some focused on power, others on speed and movement. The intensity is high, but the class is scaled for all levels. Whether you're throwing your first punch or you've been training for years, this class works for you.

  • Must be 16 years or older to participate
  • Valid membership or day pass required
  • Waiver must be signed before first class
  • Medical clearance recommended for those with health conditions
  • Check-in required 10 minutes before class start
