Boxing Conditioning at UFC GYM is more than just hitting a bag. It's a structured, coach-led class that teaches you the six fundamental boxing punches while pushing your body through an intense full-body workout.
Each session runs through seven 3-minute rounds, alternating between speed and power. By the end of class, you'll have worked your arms, your core, your legs, and your stamina—all while learning how to actually box. It's the kind of workout that makes you feel strong and capable walking out the door.
It's you versus the bag, but your coach is in your corner the whole time. Every round is intentionally designed—some rounds are about raw power, others are about speed and precision. Core work is built into the end of every session to make sure your midsection gets the attention it needs. The class is scaled for all levels, so whether you're brand new to boxing or looking to sharpen your skills, you'll be challenged.
